Train with Dr. Randy Moore, DC, RDMS, RMSK through online courses, live workshops, and a one-year fellowship designed for physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, and nurse practitioners who want to strengthen their skills in musculoskeletal ultrasound and image-guided PRP procedures.

Build practical skill in ultrasound-guided PRP injections across high-demand musculoskeletal applications, with step-by-step training in image acquisition, needle tracking, target identification, and treatment setup.
Learn a repeatable clinical approach to image-guided injections so each procedure is performed with clearer visualization, better tissue targeting, and stronger technical consistency.
Complete online training at your own pace with access to course materials designed to fit alongside clinical practice.
Continue beyond online coursework through hands-on workshops and a structured fellowship that emphasizes supervised practice, feedback, and clinical decision-making.

For clinicians adding PRP to practice, technique matters as much as biologic theory. Real-time musculoskeletal ultrasound helps clinicians visualize anatomy, guide needle placement, and support more precise image-guided procedures — which is why ultrasound competency is central to PRP Masters training.
PRP Masters teaches the imaging, anatomy, procedural sequence, and workflow behind ultrasound-guided injections so clinicians can move beyond blind technique and build a more consistent standard for PRP delivery.
Visualize target tissue and guide placement in real time during the procedure.
Use live imaging to identify surrounding structures before intervention.
Follow a structured image-guided process that supports repeatable technique across cases.
Choose a focused certification path by anatomy or start with the full curriculum. PRP Masters offers specialized training for shoulder, knee, lumbar spine, and median nerve applications, along with a bundled MasterClass for clinicians who want a broader training path.

The PRP Masters fellowship is a one-year training program built to develop providers with deeper expertise in musculoskeletal diagnostic imaging and ultrasound-guided regenerative procedures. The program includes six live two-day on-site workshops over 12 months, guided instruction, diagnostic proficiency work, procedural training, and required case-based submissions reviewed by Dr. Moore.
This pathway is intended for medical professionals with foundational musculoskeletal ultrasound knowledge who want structured progression beyond self-paced coursework.
Why Apply?
One-year fellowship format with six live two-day on-site workshops.
Guided training in musculoskeletal diagnostic imaging and ultrasound-guided regenerative procedures.
Online Foundations coursework required as part of the program.
Hosted at Emcyte Corporate Headquarters in Fort Myers, Florida.
Core Principle:
"Your injection is no better than your image."

Dr. Randy Moore is a Doctor of Chiropractic, a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, and an RMSK credential holder whose work has focused on musculoskeletal ultrasound since 1994.
He is the founder of MSK Masters and teaches clinicians how to integrate musculoskeletal ultrasound into diagnostic and image-guided procedural workflows.
His background includes teaching and collaboration with ultrasound manufacturers and institutions such as GE, Sonosite, Ultrasonix, Esaote, Terason, Philips, the National Institutes of Health, Beth Israel Hospital New York, Walter Reed, the University of Dayton, the University of Kentucky, Temple, and Loma Linda.
He published his first musculoskeletal ultrasound textbook in 1999, and his training emphasizes anatomy recognition, image quality, procedural sequence, and practical application for working medical professionals.
What is PRP certification training?
PRP certification training at PRP Masters is a structured education program that teaches clinicians how to perform platelet-rich plasma injections using musculoskeletal ultrasound guidance. The focus is on practical imaging, anatomy, and procedural technique that you can bring directly into clinical practice.
Courses are designed for licensed medical professionals who perform or plan to perform injection-based treatments. This includes physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, and nurse practitioners who want to add ultrasound-guided PRP to a musculoskeletal or regenerative medicine practice.
No prior ultrasound experience is required for most online courses. Foundational content is included to introduce MSK ultrasound basics. The fellowship program, however, is best suited to clinicians who either have completed PRP Masters foundations or already have some musculoskeletal ultrasound exposure.
Core certification courses are delivered online, so you can learn at your own pace from any location. Live, in-person components are available through hands-on workshops and the year-long fellowship, which includes multiple on-site training weekends.
The fellowship is a one-year program that combines online foundations, several in-person workshop weekends, diagnostic ultrasound training, and guided instruction in ultrasound-guided regenerative procedures. Fellows also complete case-based assignments reviewed by Dr. Moore to support real-world application.
Most individual online courses can be completed over several weeks alongside a full clinical schedule. The MasterClass bundle allows you to move through multiple anatomical regions at your own pace, while the fellowship runs on a defined 12‑month schedule.
PRP Masters is working toward CME accreditation for selected offerings. Accreditation details, when finalized, will be published on each course and fellowship page. Always refer to the individual course or program page for the most current CME information.
You will need access to a diagnostic ultrasound system capable of musculoskeletal imaging, along with appropriate probes for the anatomical regions you treat. Within the training, Dr. Moore discusses recommended ultrasound features, presets, and equipment considerations to support image-guided procedures.
Scope of practice for PRP varies by state and by license type. PRP Masters provides education on ultrasound-guided techniques but does not provide legal guidance. Clinicians should confirm PRP regulations with their state licensing board, malpractice carrier, and any applicable medical oversight before offering PRP services.
Whether you are starting with a single certification course or pursuing more advanced hands-on training, PRP Masters offers a structured path to build skill in ultrasound-guided PRP. Begin with the course that matches your current level, or apply for the fellowship to continue developing musculoskeletal ultrasound and image-guided procedural expertise.
Every program is built around one principle: your injection is only as good as your image.
